Summer/Spring Fitness Course

Scope
The objective is to improve precision; power, and fitness, early in the season. The rate, before applicable discounts is $200 for CKNB members, $215 otherwise. It covers the following four elements, over 25 hrs (5 or 10 weeks of evening clinics), and one Saturday. |

- Canoe control & Safety- The Paddle Canada " Canoeing Introduction and Lake Canoe level 1
